Information we collect
ComplySpec collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, password) and information generated during use of the service (website URLs you submit for scanning, accessibility scan results, and payment information processed by Stripe).
How we use your information
We use collected information to provide and improve the ComplySpec service, process payments, send transactional emails (scan completion, account confirmation), and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data storage and security
Scan data and account information are stored in encrypted databases hosted on Railway. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe’s privacy policy. We retain scan data for the duration of your account plus 30 days following account deletion.
